Our goal is to constantly improve quality. We evaluate organisational obstacles and adjust structures accordingly. Every employee is encouraged to share suggestions for improvement or objections directly with the quality control managers as well as every level of management.
Quality awareness is a permanent process. Focus on quality requires training and information. The goal must be to improve every employee's ability to act with quality in mind and communicate constructively.
Our contractors are an integral part of our quality assurance policy and we expect them to recognize and live up to the same high standards of reliability and unit quality we set for ourselves.
Our employees identify themselves with our quality assurance policy and their work reflects this identification. Open communication with colleagues and supervisors is absolutely necessary. A fundamental part of our quality assurance policy is the prompt sharing of information regarding work results, knowledge, risks and other important issues.
